See Danny Bryck’s play about Occupy Boston
Tonight’s show will be hosted by Eden of Free School University. We will play a prerecorded interview with Danny Bryck, author and solo-performer of the documentary play about Occupy Boston, No Room For Wishing. The play is based on extensive interviews conducted over a period of months with Boston Occupiers, and it portrays us in our own words; statements have been cut and re-sequenced, but nothing has been added.
Eden has asked some of the Occupiers that Danny enacts to call in to the show, following the prerecorded interview. Others are invited to participate in the conversation. To call-in, dial 617-902-0627.
No Room for Wishing has one more scheduled Boston performance this Friday (10/19) at the Community Church of Boston, 565 Boylston St., in Copley Square. This may be your last chance to see the play in Boston. Admission is on a sliding scale $5-$25, no one turned away. Blankets and tarps will be accepted for the houseless.
